About the role

This Level 2 Apprenticeship as a Pharmacy Services Assistant with WARLEY PHARMA LTD offers a comprehensive introduction to the pharmaceutical sector. The role involves learning and carrying out prescription dispensing and preparation, managing prescription-related queries, and working collaboratively with the pharmacy team. You will have patient-facing responsibilities, providing excellent service, and will also be involved in business tasks and stock management. The apprenticeship includes developing towards key performance indicators, managing the buying, storing, and handling of pharmacy medicines, and processing prescription requests and receipts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication, IT, and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail and a passion for customer care. Fluency in Punjabi is a requirement for this role.
