About the role
An exciting opportunity to join Woodlands Early Learning as an Early Years Apprentice. You will be responsible for creating a warm, friendly, and stimulating atmosphere for children's development. This role involves providing all aspects of childcare under supervision, including washing, changing, and feeding. You will act as a key worker for a group of children, recording observations and planning for their needs. Key responsibilities include safeguarding children, adhering to nursery policies, and completing tasks within set timescales. The apprenticeship includes a Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator qualification and functional skills in Maths and English unless exempt. Training is delivered through work-based visits and dedicated study time.
