About the role
Nexter, a specialist childcare recruitment agency, is seeking an ambitious, confident, and motivated Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer to join their team in Batley. The role involves candidate sourcing, telephone screening and vetting, nursery outreach and market research, shift booking coordination, and CRM & Administration. You will learn to find qualified nursery practitioners and assistants, conduct initial interviews, assist with safeguarding checks, contact nurseries to identify staffing needs, and manage candidate and client records. The apprenticeship offers clear progression to a Recruitment Consultant role with uncapped commission. Essential requirements include GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4 or above), along with strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organization, customer care, administrative, analytical, teamwork, and initiative skills.
