About the role
Open Door Scotland is seeking a Digital Support & Social Media Apprentice to join their team. This role involves being the first point of contact for enquiries, managing digital communications, and creating social media content. Responsibilities include using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication, becoming proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint for data management, and collaborating digitally via Microsoft Teams. The apprentice will also create and schedule social media content using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and utilize graphic design software such as Canva. They will monitor social media engagement and assist with website updates using platforms like Webflow. Desirable skills include excellent customer service, strong communication, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
