About the role
The Little Sweethearts Nursery in CAMBERLEY is offering a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years L3 Apprenticeship. This role focuses on providing care, play, and learning activities for children aged 12 months to 4 years. Responsibilities include creating a safe and inclusive environment, communicating with parents, observing and assessing children, maintaining records, attending courses, and collaborating with colleagues. The nursery is rated good and registered for 28 children. This apprenticeship standard offers a blended learning approach with virtual classrooms, webinars, and work-based tasks, with no college attendance required. Support is provided through regular visits and online meetings with an apprenticeship tutor. Upon completion, progression to a Level 5 apprenticeship and potentially Early Years Teacher Status is possible.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English Language grade 4, GCSE Maths grade 4. Desired skills include communication, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and patience.
