About the role
An excellent opportunity for an aspiring apprentice to join The Little Sweethearts Nursery in Camberley. This Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship focuses on gaining a playworker qualification and practical experience. The role involves supporting children aged 12 months to 4 years, creating a safe and inclusive environment, communicating with parents, observing and assessing children's development, maintaining records, and participating in ongoing training. The apprenticeship is delivered through a blended approach including virtual classrooms, webinars, and work-based tasks, with regular in-person or online support from an apprenticeship tutor. Upon completion, there is potential to progress to a Level 5 apprenticeship and further training towards Early Years Teacher Status.
