About the role
Join AEGIS COMPUTERS (MAINTENANCE) LTD as an IT Support Apprentice in Oxfordshire. You will be part of a dedicated IT team, working closely with engineers and reporting to your mentor. Duties include assisting the IT Manager and support team with applications, telephony, infrastructure, and systems. You will handle day-to-day user requests from the service desk system, including ticketing, installations, and upgrades. Additionally, you will contribute to developing social media strategies to increase website traffic. Entry requirements
- GCSEs 4+ (A*-C) in any subject, and GCSEs 3+ (D or above) in Maths & English. Strong communication, customer care, and teamwork skills are essential.
