About the role

An exciting opportunity for an apprentice Vehicle Technician at Brooklyn Hyundai. This role involves carrying out vehicle servicing and repairs to the highest quality standards under the supervision of experienced technicians. Responsibilities include meeting manufacturer servicing and repair times, reporting vehicle faults, accurately recording work done, protecting customer vehicles, and ensuring all work adheres to safety standards. The apprentice will also focus on minimizing waste, maintaining a clean workspace, and operating tools and equipment safely. You will be trained to recover and collect vehicles when necessary and handle customer complaints effectively, referring any unresolved issues to management. This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, organization skills, customer care abilities, and a passion for problem-solving within a logical and team-oriented environment. Physical fitness is also beneficial for this role.
