About the role
As an apprentice in our store, you'll have everything you need to truly realise your potential. You will gain experience in a full-time role with the support of a global brand, all whilst earning a real wage. Your duties will include providing customers with top-notch advice, offering a warm welcome to the store, dealing with orders and payments, efficiently answering telephone calls, and advising customers on the status of their hearing aids or glasses.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths 9-3 (A*- D), Communication skills, Organisation skills, Administrative skills, Team working. Must not have worked in the customer service sector before.
