About the role

APRA Care is offering an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic team as either a Level 2 or Level 3 Adult Care apprentice in Liskeard. This role involves supporting adults with a range of care and support needs, demonstrating understanding of person-centred care, dignity, choice, independence, and safeguarding. You will follow care plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies, communicating effectively with service users, families, and multidisciplinary professionals. The apprenticeship will provide on-the-job training and support, with the opportunity to progress onto a higher level apprenticeship.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English grade 3/D, GCSE Maths grade 3/D. Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Number skills, Logical, Team working, Initiative, Non judgemental, Patience, Physical fitness.
