About the role

Ablecross Care Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Apprentice Care Worker to start a rewarding career in adult social care. This role offers hands-on experience and a recognized qualification, with full training and ongoing support provided. The apprentice will assist individuals with daily routines, promote independence, and provide person-centred care. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required. Ideal candidates are compassionate, respectful, dependable, and eager to learn. Previous care experience is not essential. Upon completion of the 10-month apprenticeship, the individual will have obtained an Adult Care Worker apprenticeship Level 2. There is a possibility of a full-time role after successful completion.
