Responsibilities include welcoming patients, assisting with appointment scheduling, handling basic enquiries, preparing surgeries, sterilising instruments, maintaining infection control, assisting clinicians during treatments, updating patient records, supporting patient comfort, monitoring stock, and maintaining clinical areas.
