About the role

Crossley Scott is seeking ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their growing team in Halifax. This apprenticeship offers a structured path to a career in recruitment, sales, or business development. You will learn to manage the full recruitment process, build relationships with businesses and candidates, develop new clients, source and interview candidates, and negotiate deals. The role focuses on recruiting within the Clean Tech and Renewable Energy sectors, both in the UK and internationally. Training will be provided, with opportunities for rapid progression based on performance. Ideal candidates will possess a strong attitude, ambition, and potential, with some experience in retail, sales, customer service, or recruitment being advantageous. Essential requirements include GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above, strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive, positive approach. A full UK driving licence is also required. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and an NVQ Level 3 Recruiter qualification, with 20% off-the-job training delivered remotely.
