About the role

The Internal Sales Apprentice will gain comprehensive training in sales department operations, product knowledge, pricing, delivery calculations, and modern sales office procedures. This role involves learning to support the sales team efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and company standards are met. Key duties include shadowing experienced sales team members, learning to use the company's computer systems, making and receiving sales calls, supporting the external sales team, and performing general administrative tasks. The apprentice will also participate in training sessions, liaise with other departments to understand the overall company operations, and build relationships with customers. Health and safety compliance and good housekeeping practices are also essential responsibilities. Upon completion, there is potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at C/4 or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisational, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, and teamwork skills.
