About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Apprentice to join Tio Talent. You’ll gain hands‑on experience within a fast‑paced, high‑growth recruitment environment, learning how to headhunt exceptional candidates, support clients, and deliver high‑quality recruitment solutions with pace, accuracy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include:

* **Headhunting & Candidate Search:** Proactively headhunting candidates for Sales, Recruitment and commercial roles, conducting qualification calls, building candidate pipelines, preparing candidate summaries, and updating CRM records.

* **Client Support & Delivery:** Assisting consultants with live vacancies, coordinating interviews, managing feedback, preparing shortlist packs, and ensuring professional communication with clients and candidates.

* **Business Development Support:** Conducting market research, creating target lists, assisting with pitch materials, and supporting lead generation.

* **Marketing & Brand Support:** Helping create content for digital channels, supporting brand consistency, and assisting with events.

* **Administration:** General administrative support, using the CRM, coordinating interviews, maintaining records, and supporting reporting.

Some transferable customer-facing work experience is desirable, and driving is preferred.
