About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a skilled Groundworker with Suttle Projects Ltd. You will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals on various civil engineering projects. Your duties will include preparing sites, assisting with drainage, concreting, kerbing, and ensuring a safe working environment. The role involves a blend of practical site work and formal apprenticeship training, with early starts, outdoor work, and occasional overnight stays away from home being a regular part of the job.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English & Maths: 2 or above, Cat B Driving Licence, communication skills, organisation skills, problem solving skills, logical thinking, teamwork, initiative, patience, physical fitness, comfortable with outdoor work, honest, reliable, respectful, responsible, willing to learn
