Apprentice Product Design & Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Join HICI LTD as an Apprentice Product Design & Manufacturing Engineer and gain hands-on experience in the complete product lifecycle, from initial concept to customer use. This role offers exposure to a wide range of engineering disciplines including CAD, product development, 3D printing, CNC machining, and quality control. You will work with experienced team members to learn about engineering materials, inspection, and production planning. The apprenticeship emphasizes continuous learning and involvement in improving real products, with the goal of developing you into a skilled member of the team capable of working across design, prototyping, manufacturing, quality, assembly, and production. Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4-9) or equivalent. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, analytical, and logical skills. Teamworking ability required.
