About the role

An exciting opportunity for a Housing Apprentice to join Halton Housing, a forward-thinking and innovative organisation. The apprentice will work alongside and support the Neighbourhoods Team with the delivery of tenancy management, neighbourhood services, customer support, and tenancy sustainment activities across the Borough. This varied role offers hands-on experience in assisting with tenancy management, maintaining neighbourhood standards, and helping customers sustain successful tenancies. Responsibilities include accompanying colleagues on visits, supporting the identification of tenancy breaches and vulnerabilities, assisting with customer enquiries, developing knowledge of housing-related issues, and supporting administrative activities. The apprentice will also work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies, and use digital systems to support service delivery while actively participating in apprenticeship learning.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above. If not achieved, study will be required alongside the apprenticeship.
