About the role
Churchmere Medical Group is seeking two Practice Services Apprentice to join their team at Ellesmere and Whitchurch sites. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within an NHS setting and develop essential administrative and patient-facing skills. The role involves managing the appointment system, processing patient requests, handling telephone calls, clinically coding data, and supporting clinical staff. The apprentice will work a rotational basis between the two practice sites, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Upon successful completion, there is potential for continued full-time employment with Churchmere Medical Group.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Mathematics at grade 4 or above, strong communication skills, IT proficiency, organizational skills, teamwork abilities, awareness of data security and confidentiality.
