About the role

Agilico is seeking a passionate Digital Operative Apprentice to join their Circular-First Managed Print Services team in Edinburgh. This role focuses on extending the lifespan of technology and reducing environmental impact through refurbishing and recycling Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs).

Responsibilities include logging and managing service calls, raising purchase orders, supporting device diagnosis and refurbishment, maintaining digital records using Microsoft Office, and working collaboratively with the team. The apprentice will also assist with digital stock control and inventory management, adhering to company standards for quality, health, safety, and data management.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of IT, be a hands-on troubleshooter with good communication skills. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
