About the role

Venatu Recruitment Group is offering an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice in Scunthorpe. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, are eager to learn, and aspire to build a long-term career in the fast-paced recruitment industry. The apprenticeship will cover all aspects of recruitment, including registering candidates, handling inquiries, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, building client and candidate relationships, managing compliance, and performing general administrative tasks. The training program includes a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration, potentially Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Mathematics, and hands-on experience with an experienced team. Upon completion, there is potential for permanent employment and further career development.
