About the role

This is a varied role combining business administration, marketing and executive support. You will gain exposure to different areas of the organisation and work closely with senior colleagues on both day-to-day activities and wider business projects. Duties include supporting management and Board meetings, coordinating projects, preparing company newsletters and promotional materials, supporting content-generation activities, monitoring digital content engagement, and organizing company events. You will gain exposure to various departments including Operations, Business Development, Finance, Quality, HR, and IT. This apprenticeship provides an opportunity to develop practical skills while working at the centre of a growing healthcare organisation, with direct exposure to the CEO and senior leadership team, experience across business administration, marketing, and communications, and involvement in real projects.
