About the role

This apprenticeship provides a unique opportunity to learn about vehicle parts management and customer service within the automotive industry. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about automobiles, with a keen interest in parts identification, inventory management, and providing exceptional customer support. Duties include identifying and locating automotive parts, assisting customers, collaborating with technicians, managing inventory, processing transactions, handling customer complaints, and participating in training sessions. Essential requirements include GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4/C, along with strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. A full UK driving licence is also required.
