About the role

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of customer service and vehicle maintenance coordination within the automotive industry. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Duties include assisting customers with scheduling service appointments, providing information, greeting customers professionally, liaising between customers and technicians, interpreting maintenance schedules, coordinating with the parts department, keeping customers informed of service progress, handling complaints, utilising computerised systems, maintaining a clean reception area, and participating in training sessions.

Upon successful completion, you will attain a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification, providing a strong foundation for career advancement within the automotive dealer network.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English (Grade 4) and GCSE Maths (Grade 4). Essential skills include Communication, IT, Attention to detail, Organisation, Customer care, Problem solving, Administrative skills, Patience, and a Driver's License.
