WINNER RECRUITMENT (BIRMINGHAM) LTD is seeking a motivated and people-focused Recruiter Apprentice to join their team. This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to start a career in recruitment, learning to attract, assess, and place candidates while developing essential communication, organisational, and professional skills. The role involves supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising roles and screening CVs to coordinating interviews and maintaining applicant tracking systems. You will also build strong relationships with candidates, assist with compliance checks, and learn recruitment best practices. This is a hands-on role with a focus on workplace learning, leading to a Recruiter Level 3 qualification.
