About the role

On the Audit Apprenticeship programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by protecting business reputations and building trust in markets. Working in high-performing teams, you’ll use technology and data to deliver analysis, judgement and insights. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll develop your potential, make real impact, and work towards a globally recognised Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) qualification while supporting clients and wider society.

Core skills for success include analytical and systems thinking, collaboration, communication and relationship building, curiosity and motivation, integrity and quality, and digital, data and AI fluency.

You will work on client engagements, carry out independent assessments of financial information, use data and technology to interpret evidence, and study towards a Professional Qualification. You will also attend EY learning courses, meet with your support network, and participate in other activities to build your network and support the business. If successful, you will be required to remain in Northern Ireland for the entire duration of the programme.
