About the role

This is a Hairdressing Apprenticeship opportunity at Foster London Ltd, a well-regarded independent, family-run salon. The apprenticeship is a Level 2 qualification, aimed at individuals starting their career in hairdressing. Duties will include assisting stylists, managing reception, greeting customers, and performing general salon duties. Upon successful completion, apprentices will be assessed via an End Point Assessment (EPA) designed by industry employers, preparing them to become fully qualified hair stylists. The program offers opportunities for further development with advanced hairdressing diplomas or other apprenticeships.

The training will be delivered by Kleek Apprenticeships Limited in conjunction with the salon team. The qualification covers essential hairdressing skills such as consultations, shampooing, conditioning, cutting, styling, finishing, colouring, and lightening. While no formal qualifications are required to start, a pass in English and maths is necessary for completion, and Kleek Apprenticeships will support in gaining these functional skills.
