What You'll Do:
As our Order Processing Apprentice, you will learn the ins and outs of international logistics and data management:
Data Dynamo: Learn to accurately input, update, and manage customer orders and part numbers within our specialised tracking database.
Logistical Wizard: Coordinate directly with international couriers and freight agents, track deliveries, and keep customers updated on their order status.
Inbound Coordinator: Deal with incoming courier deliveries, log new parts arriving at the facility, and assist with essential office administration.
Team Collaborator: Work across our independent group companies to ensure the correct paperwork matches the correct shipments every single time.
Problem Solver: Investigate shipping delays or tracking errors with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
