About the role
Join Esquire Organic Coffee as an Apprentice Hospitality Team Member! This apprenticeship offers hands-on training to deliver outstanding customer service, prepare specialty food and beverages, and master counter operations. You will gain a Level 2 qualification through HIT Training, building a foundation for a rewarding career in the coffee shop industry. Duties include customer service, food and drink preparation, till operation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, stock replenishment, and teamwork. Upon completion, progression opportunities include becoming a fully qualified barista, shift supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager.
