About the role

Our Tax Consulting business provides companies with tax advisory and compliance services, as well as transaction advice. We help our clients make the right decisions on all aspects of their tax with regards to their investments. You’ll have the opportunity to work within one of the following teams: Business Tax. It’s our job to help our clients understand and manage complex tax matters. Whichever business tax team you join, you will be given the opportunity to work closely with clients across all industries, on every aspect of their corporate tax affairs, solving their most complex challenges. We think the best experience is being immersed in client work, working alongside other team members, and learning the practical skills that will set you up for a successful career. We will further support your development with a professional qualification, recognising that different roles across our business align to different pathways. These may include options such as joint or accelerated programmes leading to qualifications like Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT), Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) or Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), as well as other more specialist routes focused on tax or technical expertise. Your offer will be for the business area you applied to and, where applicable, a specific team. While this is the area you will initially join, Deloitte is a large and agile organisation that continues to evolve in line with the market and our clients’ needs.
