About the role

This apprenticeship is based within MD Constructions' finishing trades team at their Enfield site. The role is designed to support the delivery of high-quality finishing works across a range of construction projects while developing technical skills and industry knowledge. The apprentice will be trained in core finishing trades, working under the supervision of experienced operatives and site supervisors. Duties include assisting with preparation of work areas, material handling, supporting tradespeople in plastering, painting, decorating, and tiling. The apprentice will learn the correct use of tools and equipment, maintain a safe working environment, and complete all coursework associated with the Level 2 apprenticeship. Upon successful completion, there is an opportunity to progress into a full-time skilled role. The role is suited to practical, dependable, and motivated individuals. To meet Section 106 obligations, the apprentice must be a resident of Enfield, Barnet, Haringey, or Waltham Forest at the start of the programme.
