About the role

Embark on a rewarding career in childcare with this Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship at PURPLE BEES LTD. You will be working towards an Advanced Diploma Early Years, gaining hands-on experience with children aged 0-5. This 13-month program requires dedication and punctuality, involving daily childcare tasks, supporting children's learning through play and activities, and liaising with parents. Key duties include assisting with feeding, nappy changes, and medicine administration. Essential requirements include GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above. You will develop crucial skills in communication, IT, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork. Upon completion, there are opportunities to progress to a Level 3 practitioner role, with potential for Room Leader positions, management training, or further study in Primary Education or Paediatric Nursing.
