About the role
As an Apprentice Service Advisor at LEE ROBINSON MOTOR SERVICES, you will be the welcoming face of the business, responsible for turning first-time visitors into lifelong customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the automotive sector, blending technical understanding with strong interpersonal skills. Your duties will include greeting customers, assisting them with their vehicle needs, coordinating with technicians, providing updates on vehicle progress, and offering product recommendations. You will report directly to the lead service advisor and will receive comprehensive on-the-job and off-the-job training, including online and onsite sessions with Loughborough College.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at C/4 or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, customer care, administrative, and team working skills.
