About the role

Join WOODFASHIONERS LTD as an Event Production Apprentice and play a key role in bringing corporate events to life across the UK and Europe. You will support the leadership team in managing projects from initial design through to fabrication, deployment, and post-production.

Key responsibilities include understanding client visions, developing project timelines, coordinating with technical designers and workshop staff, managing logistics such as trucking and accommodation, handling goods in and warehousing, liaising with partners (AV, graphics, venue teams), communicating with contractors, supporting on-site installations and derigs, and arranging post-production activities. This role offers a blend of computer-based work at the Manningtree workshop and hands-on involvement, with occasional travel for on-site events.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE maths and English at grade A*-E (9-2). Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, and administrative skills are essential, along with initiative, a team-working attitude, and a can-do approach. Google Workspace and Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
