About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic entry point into the property industry, combining practical experience in lettings and property management with guidance from seasoned professionals. Apprentices will learn industry fundamentals, handle office tasks, and professionally interact with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Responsibilities include registering applicants, arranging viewings, following up on inquiries, marketing properties, assisting with maintenance and compliance, managing tenancy administration, conducting property visits, organizing keys, and maintaining company systems. A strong emphasis is placed on delivering excellent customer service. Upon completion, learners can pursue Associate Membership with ARLA or The Property Institute, or become a CIH Certified Practitioner.
