About the role

Kick-start your career with a Level 7 ACA Apprenticeship at MGR in partnership with Kaplan. This is an exciting opportunity for a school/college leaver. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in a real workplace while studying towards a nationally recognised accountancy qualification.

As an Audit Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced accountants and auditors, supporting a wide range of businesses while developing your technical knowledge and practical skills. You will be fully supported in studying towards the prestigious ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification. The ACA is one of the most respected accountancy qualifications in the UK and internationally. You will assist with the preparation and completion of audit assignments, examine financial records, work with clients across various sectors, and help prepare reports and audit documentation. This role offers natural progression through the business, with previous trainees now partners.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths 9-6, GCSE English 9-6, A-Level in relative subjects (Accountancy, Business) Grade A. Strong communication, IT, organisation, attention to detail, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, number, analytical, logical, team working, creative, and initiative skills are essential.
