About the role

This is a 12-month government-funded apprenticeship for a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Dental Nursing, provided by City & Guilds. The role involves assisting dentists, sterilising and preparing equipment, handling reception duties, and supporting patient experience. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience and work alongside experienced staff, learning duties such as greeting patients, managing queries and payments, booking appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing stock. The apprenticeship includes regular training with Harriet Ellis Training Solutions Limited.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, organisation, customer care, administrative, and teamwork skills are also essential.
