About the role

OBEX RECRUITMENT LTD. is seeking an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer. This role offers comprehensive training from top performers, covering the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate engagement to client interaction. You will learn essential sales and objection handling skills. The apprenticeship includes qualifying and shortlisting candidates, assisting with the recruitment process, identifying talent through social media and job boards, writing and managing job adverts, building candidate and client relationships, and accurately recording data on internal systems. You will also be responsible for providing first-line support and maintaining company standards. The apprenticeship is a Level 3, lasting 1 Year and 2 Months, with a starting salary of £16,640 per year. Upon completion, there is potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
