About the role

An exciting opportunity to start or continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a welcoming early years setting at Benjamin Rabbit Nursery. Gain hands-on experience supporting children aged 0-5 whilst working towards a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification and developing valuable skills for a rewarding career. Duties include supporting children's learning and development, assisting in creating a safe and stimulating environment, supporting care routines and wellbeing, building positive relationships, observing children's progress, promoting equality and inclusion, and adhering to safeguarding procedures. This role requires good communication, IT, and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail, initiative, and patience. Successful apprentices may progress to a Level 3 Apprenticeship.
