PIPS NURSERY - Boytons Farm is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Nursery Assistant Apprentice. This role offers the opportunity to study towards an Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship, providing a solid foundation for a career in childcare. The nursery, located near the historic town of Saffron Walden, offers a nurturing, home-from-home environment for young children. The apprentice will be involved in providing high standards of care and education, assisting with daily operations, and contributing to a safe and stimulating learning environment. This position requires a creative, patient, and non-judgmental individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is a possibility of a full-time role.
