Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

About the role

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic apprentice to join a nursery team and start a rewarding career in childcare while gaining a recognised Early Years Educator qualification. Working alongside experienced practitioners, the apprentice will support children's learning and development through play-based activities, assist with planning and delivery of learning experiences, and build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. The role involves supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development, encouraging independence, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment, and assisting with routines. The apprentice will also be responsible for following safeguarding and health and safety policies, observing and recording children's progress, and working effectively as part of the team. The purpose is to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to become a qualified Early Years Educator. Post-apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress to Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner, EYITT, ECT, or Level 3 Early Years SENCO. Early Years Educators are in demand across various settings, offering a broad range of employment opportunities.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English Grade 4 and GCSE Maths Grade 4.
