About the role

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic apprentice to join a nursery team, perfect for someone looking to start a rewarding career in childcare while gaining a recognised Early Years Educator qualification. Working alongside experienced practitioners, this role involves supporting children's learning and development through play. Duties include assisting with planning and delivery of learning experiences, building positive relationships with children and parents, supporting personal, social and emotional development, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment, and observing children's progress. The purpose of this role is to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to become a qualified Early Years Educator. Upon completion, there may be opportunities for further progression, including Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner or EYITT. Early Years Educators are in demand across various settings, offering broad employment prospects.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English Grade 4, GCSE Maths Grade 4. Communication skills, Team working, Creative, Initiative, Patience.
