IT Support Engineer Apprentice

About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an IT Support Engineer at Bubble IT. You will be the first point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance, handling queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Responsibilities include logging and managing IT support requests, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and resolving 1st and 2nd line technical problems. You will also contribute to process improvements and work collaboratively to ensure excellent customer service. Bubble IT is a growing, family-run managed IT services provider passionate about delivering expert support and building strong customer relationships across the UK. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in IT, a problem-solving mindset, and a desire to learn and grow within the tech industry.

Entry requirements

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject. GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above). Must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
