About the role
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious apprentice to join BUBBLE IT SOLUTIONS LTD and gain hands-on experience in IT support. You will be working alongside experienced engineers, learning about PC building, software, networking, cloud technologies, and cyber security. This role involves providing high-quality technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and contributing to process improvements. The apprenticeship will equip you with essential IT skills and provide a strong foundation for a successful career in the IT sector.
Duties include logging and managing IT support requests, resolving 1st and 2nd line technical issues, meeting key performance targets, and contributing to excellent customer service.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs at grade 4+ (A*-C) in any subject, and GCSEs at grade 3+ (D or above) in Maths & English. Strong communication, IT, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a willingness to work as part of a team. A UK driving licence is also required.
