About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Development Apprentice to generate new customers through outbound prospecting and provide day-to-day sales and administrative support. The role will involve making targeted outbound calls, researching potential customers, identifying decision-makers, re-engaging dormant accounts, qualifying prospects, and making appointments for the sales team. You will also assist with general sales and office administration, respond to calls and emails, maintain customer information, prepare quotations and correspondence, update systems, and liaise with various stakeholders. This apprenticeship offers a clear progression plan, potential for a pay increase after qualifying, more responsibility, and a permanent role upon completion. The training will be in AI & Marketing, alongside the Multi-channel Marketer Level 3 qualification.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths & English A*-C or 4-9, A-Levels or equivalent (A*-C)
