About the role
The role of Room Leader is to work alongside the management team to provide a high level of professional leadership and management to all playroom-based staff and to ensure that all children receive the highest possible standards of care and education. This apprenticeship will provide a strong foundation in the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, safeguarding processes, child observations and assessments, and health and safety awareness. You will also gain knowledge of the Special Educational Needs Code of Practice. Upon completion, there is an offer of permanent employment.
