Childcare Apprenticeship Level 3

About the role

Embark on a rewarding career in childcare with Magic Steps, a nursery dedicated to challenging and encouraging children to unlock their learning potential within a secure and safe environment. This Level 3 apprenticeship provides a high-quality, play-based experience in an ecologically friendly setting. You will support the development of childcare provision, deliver engaging activities that promote learning and fun, and assist in meeting OFSTED requirements. The apprenticeship includes a comprehensive training program with SWIFT ACI, with at least 20% of your working hours dedicated to study. Upon successful completion, you will develop into a Level 3 practitioner with potential for a permanent position, alongside opportunities for career progression into roles such as Room Leader, management training, or even a springboard into primary education or paediatric nursing.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English (Grade 4) and GCSE Maths (Grade 4). Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisational, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, numerical, analytical, and logical skills are essential. Team working, creativity, initiative, being non-judgemental, and patience are also highly valued.
