About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a School/College Leaver to kick-start their Audit career with Cooper Parry. The role is based in the East Midlands and begins in January 2027. You will join a dedicated team, delivering statutory audits for a diverse range of clients. This role offers hands-on experience from day one, skill development, and the chance to contribute to impactful work. Cooper Parry emphasizes shared success, learning, and growth. As an Audit Trainee, you will be studying for your ACA Chartered Accountant Qualification, supported by your team, managers, and a dedicated Student Support Manager. The qualification typically takes around 3 years for graduates and 4 years for school leavers. You will be responsible for reviewing and documenting client information, assessing financial data accuracy, attending client stocktakes, communicating with client finance teams, assisting in preparing financial statements, and contributing to financial testing and audit reports.

Entry requirements

• Graduates: Completed degree and at least 3 A Levels (or equivalent) at grades BBC, including one numerical or business-related subject. School Leavers: Same A Level requirements.
