About the role

Wolseley UK is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Business Analyst Apprentice. This 18-month program offers a structured training plan leading to a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship. The apprentice will support Business Analysts and Project Managers with analysis activities, investigate business processes, gather information, and document requirements. The role involves assisting with stakeholder engagement, testing, and the transition of solutions into business-as-usual operations. The apprentice will gain knowledge of Wolseley's business and operating model, developing core business analysis techniques and professional skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with computers, particularly Excel, good communication skills, and the ability to prioritize. Entry requirements include a Level 3 qualification plus 12+ months of work experience, a business-related degree, a non-business-related degree plus 6+ months of work experience, or existing staff with 2+ years of relevant work experience. International qualifications are also considered with appropriate documentation.
