About the role

Embark on a rewarding career as a Support Worker Apprentice with Voyage Care. You will be studying towards an Adult Care Worker Level 2 qualification, assisting with daily living activities, learning essential care skills, and fostering a positive environment for individuals with physical and learning disabilities. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in delivering compassionate, person-centred support, helping people live fulfilling and independent lives. Key responsibilities include communicating effectively, assisting with personal care and mobility, contributing to care plans, participating in daily activities and outings, supporting with household tasks, maintaining accurate records, handling cash, and completing the apprenticeship program within the agreed timescale. You will also undertake relevant training and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
